Yesterday I Had the Blues

‘Yesterday I had the Blues’ is written by Jeron Ashford Frame and illustrated by, R. Gregory Christie. We love this book because of the way it uses colors to express emotions – which is a great concept and something children will often do quite naturally. The story is creative and original, and follows a little boy who describes his moods and the moods of his family by associating these moods with colors. The illustrations in this book are vibrant and fun too. A really special book, prices start from $7.99. Suits a variety of ages, particularly ages 5 to 8.
