Journey Girl Dolls

Journey Girl is the well-known mainstream alternative for American Girl dolls. The Journey Girl dolls are 18″ line sold at places like ToysRUs where they retail for around $32USD. They are a cheaper make (which is to be expected, given they are 1/3 of the price of American Girl dolls), but overall, they will do the job. They are thinner in stature than the American Girl dolls and the accessories, while decent (and much cheaper), lack some of the AG detail. The Journey Girls range is not hugely diversified, but there certainly are options if you do not wish to spend big dollars on an American Girl doll.
