Well, we are BIG fans of this 100% vegan foundation. It’s not really one for the full-coverage ladies, but for the rest of us who prefer sheer to medium coverage, this foundation holds its own against other more expensive brands. It’s so easy to apply, so natural looking – it just melts into the skin. It has a semi-matte finish and is not too shiny – it gives you a nice soft glow without being too dewy.
You could probably build this foundation up to full coverage – but it gets more stiff and less breathable if you do – so it’s best worn as sheer to medium. It’s perfect for your ‘everyday’ foundation and gives you that much sought after luminous finish. The foundation contains aloe vera and English Rose water, so you’re doing a skin a favour while wearing it, especially if you have dry or mature skin. For oily or combination skin, this foundation works bet with a setting/mattifying powder.
Because the ‘Fresh Nude’ foundation is quite light, don’t expect more than about 7-8 hours wear before needing a touch up. There are 16 shades available in the collection, all of which can be darkened or lightened with the Shade Adjusting Drops. Prices for the Fresh Nude foundations start at $25USD.
