Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges are handled by our partner Very Fine Dance Shoes. If you wish to return or exchange your items, we will provide you with a form that will need to be completed and sent along with your shoes to their warehouse in California.

Please note that you must return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

If you have received defective merchandise you can e-mail us at Please describe your defect and provide your contact information. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.

Any refund will be issued via Paypal. In the event that we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for an exchange we will refund you and notify you via email.

In all cases, the returned items must be in their original “shelf-ready” condition which includes tags and any packaging.

All items are your responsibility until they reach Very Fine Dance Shoes’ warehouse. Therefore we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service. Please ensure you pack your shipment securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges must be met by you.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.


Shipping (US)

Most of our items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. We will charge you a$10 fee for any incorrect shipping address given. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.


International Shipping Charges

International shipping is available to Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe (excluding Russia), Hong Kong, Singapore, South and Central America. Other countries please contact us before purchasing from

For international shipping, the Shipping & Handling varies depending on the destination. automatically calculates shipping charges through our freight carrier’s system, once you complete the shipping information stage, you will know the exact shipping charges.

For international shipping (Non-USA address), postage paid covers shipping only. Customs taxes and duties may apply for international shipping. It is our customer’s responsibility to pay their local’s customs taxes. Failing to do so may result in returning your goods to sender and/or being fined by your local customs office. In this case, you will be solely held responsible for storage, penalty, return shipping and all related costs. Please check with your country’s policies for any fees that may be imposed.


Delivery Times

Upon receiving your order and verifying payment information, you can expect your order to be shipped within 5 business days (if it is in stock). Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday (Australia or USA) will not be processed until following business day.

If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. In the event that you are operating on a tight deadline, every effort will be made to expedite your order once we have been notified. In the event that an extended delay is anticipated on your order, you will be promptly notified.

Out of stock items and custom order items may take 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. This timeline is an estimate only.


Order Tracking

If you place your order online, we will email you the tracking number for your package once the package is shipped. You may also email us at with your invoice or order number and we will respond promptly with the most up-to-date information.



1. I have never ordered dance shoes before, how can I know my correct size?

Please order in American shoe sizes only.  You can also measure the length of your feet by standing on a piece of paper, tracing around your foot, and then measuring your foot at its longest point. Please let us know this information in the ‘comments’ section of your order.


2. What if the shoes don’t fit properly or I don’t like them?

Please contact us at We will provide you with the relevant form to retrn with your shoes to the Very Fine Dance Shoes Warehouse in California. The shoes must be shelf-ready and unworn, and must be returned within 30 days of receipt.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal payments only at this stage.


4. If I return the shoes, is it my responsibility to pay the shipping charges?

Yes, that is your responsibility.  Shipping charges will not be refunded by


5. If I have only worn the shoes once, can I return them?

No, only totally unworn as new shoes will be accepted for return or exchange.


6. If I send the shoes back and they get lost is that my responsibility?

Yes, it is. For your protection, we recommend you obtain a tracking number and/or insurance when you ship your items to Very Fine Dance Shoes.


7. If I need a pair of shoes very fast, what is the best way to order?

8. May dance shoes be worn outdoors?

It is not advisable to wear Very Fine Dance Shoes on outdoor surfaces because of their delicate non-slip soles.
